Heritage Passport Finder publishes educational guides about citizenship by descent, nationality restoration, and ancestral document research.
Our editorial goal is to make complex citizenship rules easier to understand while clearly separating general information from legal advice.
How guides are researched
Country guides are based on publicly available information from official government websites, consulates, nationality laws, and recognized public sources. Whenever possible, we link directly to official government or consular resources.
How guides are updated
Citizenship laws and administrative rules can change. Each major guide includes a visible "Last reviewed" date. We aim to review key country guides at least once per year or sooner when major legal changes occur.

If you notice an error, outdated information, broken link, or unclear explanation, please contact us through the Contact page. We take corrections seriously and review all reports.
